In June 2016, Ros Earls / 140db Management formed a partnership with the Big Life team, bringing 30 years of management experience to enhance both companies’ producer rosters, and to seek further opportunities for success together

Alongside some standout producer achievements over the last couple years - with highlights like Youth and Toots and the Maytals’ Grammy winning ‘Got To Be Tough' - Ben Hillier and Nadine Shah’s critically acclaimed album 'Kitchen Sink’ - Dan Austin with his UK no 1 Doves album ‘The Universal Want' -  there’s been a move more recently into artist development too - a passion both companies have always shared especially when it utilises the not inconsiderable talents of their producers - as well as working with some incredible new writers.

The combined producer / writer roster now represents the likes of Dan Austin,  Sam Battle,  Dan Crook, Ben Hillier, Thomas Mitchener, Gil Norton, Alex Parish, Michael Rendall, Andy Savours, Ali Staton, Sugar House and Youth along with two new US- based clients, the mixer Matt Huber and producer / mixer Adam ‘Atom’ Greenspan.
