Ben Hillier’s creative and experimental approach to production has seen him turn Moroccan palaces and curtain warehouses alike into studios. His work on BLUR’s incredible Think Tank led to Ben producing brilliant and original albums for DOVES, CLINIC, ELBOW, DEPECHE MODE and GRAHAM COXON and mixing for EDITORS, VILLAGERS and MAGIC NUMBERS.

A multi instrumentalist, but most prominently a drummer, he has also spent time on the road performing with collaborator NADINE SHAH and her band, with whom he co-wrote and produced 4 critically acclaimed albums, Love Your Dum And Mad, Fast Food, the Mercury- robbed Holiday Destination and the recent 2020 lockdown-release Kitchen Sink.

Working from his Sussex-based studio made of straw in working farm land, Ben has also recently produced an album for JUANITA STEIN and some tracks for MELT YOURSELF DOWN and for ANNABEL ALLUM.
